« Great spot with an amazing view. It is a fairly long walk from the train station especially with luggage or littles. We thought the place lacked some basic amenities we typically see (e.g. there was a washer but no detergent. Some napkins, etc.). The space is lofted and the loft becomes very hot (32) even when it is not hot outside (22). There was a small fan tower that was not very effective at cooling it off and there was a window we couldn't open due to a large bee nest right outside. This...

« can't recommend this apartment enough! everything was wonderful, especially the location ! My husband and I were traveling with our 2 year old twins so location was very important to us and this was perfectly located never everything and was easily walkable! The place its self was cozy but very clean and comfortable for my entire family ! Priya is an amazing and was a helpful host who was easy to contact when needed! 10/10 this should be your next cozy stay in switzerland! »

« It was an amazing place to stay! The view is phenomenal and the apartment is very clean. Just be prepared for a pretty steep walk up part of the way to the main area of town and to the train station. We would gladly stay here again!! »

« Chalet Rustica in Wengen is een prima onderkomen voor een korte wintersport vakantie. Centraal in dorp gelegen. Geen nieuw appartement maar wel functioneel ingericht. Bijkomend voordeel is het gratis stallen van ski uitrusting bij het centraal depot bij de Männlichen lift, wat inbegrepen is bij de huur van het appartement. »

It is a little bit uphill, but not too bad. If you’re concerned about the short walk uphill, you can always hire one of those tuk tuk vehicles. Once you are settled, everything you need is a short walk. »

« We had a long WE in Wengen and everything was great. The accommodation was really nice with all the equipment and appliances, very functional. The view from the balcony is awesome. The location is not central and you need to walk a bit towards the chalet but we did not mind it. The person from the agency was helpful and nice! One recommendation though is to change the mattress in the bedroom as you could feel it was really used... »

« The apartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully equipped. Coffee, paper towels, toiletries were not provided but we were able to get everything at Coop short walk away. Great location. It is up the hill but very doable walk, even for/with a toddler with stroller and on foot. Great washer dryer combo. Playgrounds for kids nearby. Drinking water fountains in few places in town. Locating the apartment was a bit challenging as we were looking for a number on the...
