« Cleanliness and the organization and set up of the apartment was lovely with so much eye for detail. Simple things such as providing basic cooking items like oil, ketchup etc was a great small thing which makes a difference. Rachel was kind to respond to each query quickly with great detail e.g details of the Swiss National Day celebrations. The baggage and guest pick up service by taxi to the station was a great addition. May be providing kitchen towel rolls would help and providing two keys...

« Localisation idéale,appartement spacieux mais ménage limite.Moutons et mouchoirs en papier sous les lits,poils dans la baignoire,cigarette électronique dans le canapé ,et plaque de cuisson couverte d'huile.Ménage refait par nos soins ,donc problème résolu.lits impeccables.Manque le microonde qui devait y être,et pas de table sur le balcon,juste 4 chaises. Très agréable vacances,au calme avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous reviendrons. »

« Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement, bien situé (proche de la gare, des commerces et du téléphérique). La kitchenette est petite, mais plutôt bien équipée pour cuisiner des repas simples. Bonne literie. La moquette, la décoration, et les meubles sont vieillots, mais le logement est plutôt spacieux, confortable lumineux et propre. La ventilation de la salle de bain n'est pas assez efficace. Prix très élevé pour ce petit appartement ancien, mais Wengen est une station chère. »

« L'appartement est pratique (pas d'ascenseur !) Nous l'avons choisi du fait qu'il a deux chambres à coucher et deux sanitaires. Il se trouve légèrement au dehors de centre, mais entre 6 et 7 minutes à pieds depuis la gare on y est. Le côté un peu négatif est que les chambres à coucher donnent sur la route qui est en pente. Pour qqn. qui a un sommeil léger pas idéal, surtout si on dort la fenêtre ouverte. L'appartement se trouve dans un immeuble qui doit avoir je dirais autour de 50 ans. »

« Un très bel appartement spacieux avec l'avantage de deux chambres avec salles de bain privatives et une troisième chambre avec salle de bain devant sa porte. La disposition qui sépare la partie nuit de la partie jour est idéale. L'accès est très aisé et rapide depuis la gare. La coop est à 5 minutes et sur un tracé quasi plat, ce qui est très appréciable. Logement ensoleillé et magnifique terrasse avec vue imprenable. Calme assuré. Belle cheminée en fonction. Tout est parfait ! Nous sommes ravi »

« Hans and Kathrina were wonderful hosts. They were so kind picking us up from the train station the day we arrived. We loved our stay in Wengen. The apartment was perfect and in a great location. We stayed 6 nights and used Wengen as our home base to visit the Bernese Oberland. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was super. We would definitely stay here again someday when we return!!! »

« The room has a stunning view of the valley and mountaintops, up there for best room views I’ve ever had. The room itself is spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only hiccup was during check in, we didn’t know to go to the office located at the Wengen train station to complete check in and get the room key. Overall this property is great value for a good price. »

« Although the location was good, we did not have hot water for the first 24 hours of our visit. We reported to the office and were told that the boiler was on a timer and would not start heating water until 6pm, and hot water supply runs out if other tenants use a lot. At 6pm there was no hot water, at 8pm we called the after-hours phone number and were told the boiler was on a timer from 10pm-6am. Still no hot water the next day. We gave up, moved to a hotel at considerable extra cost. »
