« In the photos it looked larger and less like an Ikea showroom. Somehow, they squeezed a queen bed into a bedroom so tiny that we couldn't get our suitcase into it. The neighborhood is awful -- you can't get anything without driving, and it's a decent drive to get to hip areas in West Seattle. Given the weather, we never could use the deck and outdoor space. »

Check in through Expedia was overly complex and took way too much time. 1 hr early check in and 1 hr late check out both denied due to cleaner schedule—not a catastrophe but also not ideal. Rooms have small in-wall heaters with separate manual thermostats for each. « Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...
