You can also hear everything going on with your upstairs neighbor, every time they shower you can hear the water. The cleaning ladies are outside in the hallway at 8am screaming. « When I arrived the staff was very helpful and sweet we needed an extra bed so they upgraded us to a king suite at no extra charge when we got to the room it was very clean and comfortable the Hotel felt like home when ever we needed anything they were right there the Breakfast was hot and really good the coffee was always hot and ready it was so close to the airport with a shuttle always ready parking was plenty overall I would recommend this Hotel as a 5 star Hotel when it comes to comfort. »

« I booked this hotel for my son's Air Force graduation at JBSA-Lackland. It was very close to the airport, about 5min total with traffic light stops, close to many restaurants and a mall and had shuttle service for guests.
