I was in a newly renovated room, but the paint and decorating materials were just left right outside the room in the hallway for both days I stayed there.

Beautiful place, staff is very friendly and helpful. Although my suite was not ready when we arrived at 7pm (even though check in is at 4pm). After waiting 30min, they figured it out and accommodated us into a different suite that was ready. Valet parking was great and breakfast at the vermillion room was wonderful. Will be coming back again !

Room information
Great stay and very accommodating staff including Lexi and Rebecca. It was extremely cold outside during our stay and despite great room , we still had snow/ice coming through the corner outside wall of our bathroom which made the bathroom very chilly.

The build up of frozen condensation is something that unfortunately does tend to occur with such extreme cold periods like we received during your stay, but we will have our Engineering team take a look at the window seal to ensure a tight seal for future guests.
