J’étais au Novotel Sukhumvitt il y a 3 mois et pas de comparaison, chambre plus grande et rien ne manque. Ici le lobby est impersonnel et j’ai du demandé le nécessaire de base pour la salle de bain!!!

Dans le cœur de l’agitation de Bangkok, au pied de la sky walk pour accéder au métro et à 10mn à pied de l’express line (30mn pour l’aeroport), une bulle de calme, de tranquillité. Personnel souriant, piscine pour se rafraichir très sympa. Bon buffet petit-dej.

Front desk excellent. housekeeping team were friendly. location was near to places that we love to eat and shop. it would be fanastic is the chiller in the room be colder. it wouls definitely be great if rooms could have a small side table as we loved to snack in the room of the local delights.

consider redesigning the shower
Everything is excellent except for the shower in the family room. the shower does not have an enclosure which allows water to splash from the shower and make the floor wet.
