Que dire...
Bonne impression au départ quartier proche du BTS avec tout commerce à proximité mais viens la nuit quand vous avez une chambre avec sur le côté la rue c'est la catastrophe, impossible de dormir une honte pour le prix nous avons du appeler la réception en pleine nuit pour leur indiquer notre problème, pareillement le service de chambre qui ne remets pas tout à neuf dans les commodités obligé de leur rappeler en écrivant sur un papier qu'il n'y a plus de papier toilettes... Bref belle endroit beau appartement mais certaines chambres ne valent absolument pas leurs prix. Une honte pour ceux qui veulent dormir.

Hôtel horrible à tout niveau !!
Hôtel placé dans un quartier très mal fréquenté, petit déjeuner plus que limite en qualité, il m'ont facturé 56 € pour un drap avec une tache de sang (mon fils c'était écorché le coupe) alors que le drap de mon lit avait des traces de feutres et j'attends toujours qu'il me le change !. Piscine froide avec vue horrible. Hôtel que je déconseille fortement à Bangkok !!!!

Confortable et bon emplacement.
Agréable séjour au shama, surtout en famille pour la superficie de l'appartement. Bts à 5 min de marché, sous la chaleur est assez difficile de marcher, le touk touk était la bienvenue. Je conseillerai quand MM un hôtel en face du train et vraiment dans siam square.

Un bilan très mitigé à cause de l'isolation
Cet établissement présente des attraits indéniables : personnel serviable, chambres très spacieuses et bien équipées, emplacement assez pratique, équipement sans défaut, notamment la piscine et la salle de sport. Néanmoins il souffre d'un gros défaut : une déficience dans l'isolation phonique extérieure (pas de double vitrage). Le côté rue commerçante est une vraie catastrophe, même du 14ème étage et nous avons demandé à changer de chambre dès le lendemain. Après c'était mieux mais pas encore idéal (la climatisation est aussi bruyante, surtout avec les moteurs sur les balcons). Le petit déjeuner est simple mais suffisant, du niveau d'une 2 étoiles pas plus.

Stayed for 3 nights in 2 room suite with balcony. All the staff able to speak decent English language, they are polite and friendly. The unit is very spacious. Good for family with todlers too.

Great service apartment, spacious, clean,
I came to Bangkok to have some medical treatments. Shama Sukhumvit Bangkok was the perfect place to recover. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils for basic cooking. Nice sitting area for family. Located in a good area of Bangkok that we like. Staff were very helpful in providing extra pillows for my comfort after my procedure, and caring towards my recovery.

This is a unique location, super quiet in the front and tourist area out the back entrance. The staff is extremely accommodating and efficient. They have an on-site tour booking agent (yes you'll get the stops at various shops) but they're not high pressure like a lot of tour stops. The pool is amazing situated overlooking the city. The location of the hotel is near lots of malls walkable , BTS or taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

キッチンがついていて部屋も綺麗。レセプションの方も分かりやすい英語で話してくれる。 部屋には最低限の食器や栓抜き包丁などはあるがティッシュはない。 アメニティは歯ブラシとシャワーキャップ、綿棒、コーム。 シャワールームにはシャンプーとシャワージェル。 ベランダには洗濯物を干せるところがあった。 屋上のプールエリアは宿泊者ならカードキーで入れる。専用タオルが置いてあるので自分で取って勝手に楽しむスタイルだった。 最寄駅はNANA駅といわれたが、Phloen Chit駅からも同じぐらいの距離に感じた。 むしろそっちからの方がスーパー(お土産買うのに最適でクレジットカード使用可)やbootsがあって便利だったので利用していた。

離紅燈區近的類似日租套房概念
晚上樓下是著名的紅燈區，有5、6家7-11和藥局，樓下店面吃的專坑來紅燈區尋歡的外國觀光客財，但小吃一樣便宜。飯店前門出去是紅燈區，後門出去是百貨公司，走個100公名就是BTS站，其實真的很方便。

الفندق جيد نوعاً ما !! و تنقصة بعض الخدمات كمثال الافطار لا يوجد فيه اصناف متنوعة فقط اطباق معدودة على الاصابع ،، و العاملين في مطعم وجبة الافطار غير مؤهلين لإستقبال النزلاء في المطعم و تعاملهم و اسلوبهم سيئ دائماً ما يتكلمن بلهجة الامر و الابتسامة معدومة لديهم ،، اتصلت على الاستقبال لأطلب ثلج افادني بأنه لا يملكون الثلج و لا حتى للحالات الضرورية قلت لهم اريدة ضروري بسبب ابنتي التي ضرب رأسها بالطاولة بالخطأ و لا جدوى مكان الاقامة جيد نوعاً و من اراد ان يسكن فيه انصحة بالغرف الامامية لان الغرف الخلفية مطله على الملاهي الليلية و صوت الازعاج حتى الفجر عموماً كان جيد نوعاً ما و لكني لن اسكن فيه بالمرات القادمة

A pleasant stay
The hotel is mainly occupied by arabs and families . Location is right at soi 2 and yes it’s where the go go bars are. So u will need a higher floor to stay away from the noise. Not the best if u have young kids who are not familiar with the Thai night life culture. There were women and ladyboys at loitering at the rear of the hotel. But the security was prompt at keeping them out of the property. Overall the stay was good.

1. Dirty room- there are fleas in bed Wecannot sleeping during the trip. No rooms available for change as well. Cover is dirty with a red marks, blankets and pillows is dirty, fleas may from the blankets....not sure we had reported to the hotel, but the staff asking if i got any skin sensitive....., i never have skin problems as well as my roommate 2. Veranda is dirty - lots of dusty and dirty place 3. Table and kitch and bed room as well as toilet also not clean very disappointed in this time i had lived here before many times .....i think no next time

Do Not Prepay for Breakfast when booking room
Big clean and nice room. Not bad for the money. Except I prepaid for 5 mornings for 4 people for breakfast. I only used 1 of the breakfast vouchers because the food was so bad. Cold waffles. Rest was more of a Thai lunch. I complained but was not offered a refund for the money I prepaid for breakfast. I spent 1500 baht per day eating at coffee club across the street every morning even though we had free breakfast at hotel. Pool area could use updated and area not for children. Lots of bars and late night noise. But still hotel is nice for what we needed. Separate bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. Room very nice.

酒店整體來說都幾好
地點都算放便，酒店職員服務態度好，泳池幾靚！我們選擇2房1廳，房間寬闊，舒適整潔！亦有免費bb床提供！ 美中不足就係樓下果條街雖然好多食肆，小販，好熱鬧，但是係紅燈區，品流複雜！而且晩上酒吧發出好大音樂聲，要安靜休息嘅就未必適合！

Hotel is modern in opzet en de service is uitstekend. Vanwege de ligging lijkt het mij geen geschikt hotel voor families met (jonge) kinderen maar voor stellen en single reizigers is het perfect. Kamer was netjes en groot in opzet (heb wel een upgrade gekregen bij aankomst) en het is fijn om een balkon te hebben. Het enige wat mij tegen viel was het ontbijt en roomservice. Erg beperkt en de helft van de gerechten komen uit de Indiase keuken.
