Cette magnifique maison de montagne offre de beaux meubles en bois qui complimentent la décoration aux couleurs douces. Cette unité dispose de trois chambres, trois salles de bains et une terrasse donnant sur le golf. Dans la chambre principale, il y a un lit king-size avec une télévision de 42 ", tandis que les chambres d'hôtes disposent chacune de lits queen-size avec des téléviseurs de 19". Détendez-vous dans le salon devant une télévision de 55 pouces équipée de Roku et Netflix, ou blottissez-vous près du foyer au gaz en pierre et profitez d'une connexion Wi-Fi privée. Une cuisine équipée, laveuse et sécheuse, garage et baignoire jacuzzi sont à votre disposition. DEUX GRILLES EXTÉRIEURES. Cette maison dispose de la climatisation pour votre confort pendant les mois d'été. Il est à distance de marche du terrain de golf et du chalet de ski. Non-fumeur. Les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorises. Cette maison est sur un seul niveau avec seulement deux étapes pour pénétrer à l'intérieur.

Loved Our Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at this home. The energy of the house was full of love. We took advantage of the fully stocked kitchen. We made waffles, baked cookies, and cooked many lunches and dinners in. We loved the cozy fireplace and enjoyed warming up from spending hours on the slopes. The location of the home was perfectly situated walking distance to Sugar Mountain ski resort and a short drive to stores and restaurants.

Great New Years Ski Trip

Excellent experience renting this property. The house had everything that we needed for a ski trip with family. Plenty of room, nice laundry room for ski clothes and changing, kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to prepare meals. Short walk to ski lodge, ice skating ,and tubing.

Great house

Great house in a perfect location for a short ski vacation. The bedrooms with their own attached bathrooms were a great set up for travel with extended family. Very close to Sugar Mountain lodge. I walked over a time or two, but you do have to be careful because there are no sidewalks. Still, a great option if you want to avoid the craziness of parking on busy days at Sugar. Would stay again!

Rustic home

The rustic home was well equipped for a family. However, I was charged a VRBO fee by the rental company and by VRBO directly. Not sure why this was done. Can someone check on this for me? Thanks

Perfect location for resort

House was very clean and very accommodating for 3 couples with 3 full baths! Loved the two car garage also! We requested to have our driveway salted and it was done within the hour. We walked to the snow tubing and were able to avoid the parking. I literally have no complaints we would definitely stay again!

Convenient to slope

House was nice. I would rent it again. Nothing super negative but I will give suggestions hoping owner reads these reviews. 1.) cleaners missed big dust bunny hanging from ceiling in kitchen should have stuck broom up there and grabbed it.2.) not major but I would have all caulking redone in master shower and going forward have cleaner spray 50/50 water Clorox to keep clean. Little bit of mold in the older caulk. Maybe other bath too. Again it wasn’t major.3.) master bed was comfortable. Kids said other two mattresses were hard as a rock. Might want to consider swapping those two out.4.) furniture in living room needs to be changed out. I am tired and been skiing all day want to relax. Need three nice recliners and a new couch. 5.) swap out some outlets in the living room,kitchen and bed rooms that have usb for phone chargers. 6.) put a rinnai on demand hot water heater in. If everybody was talking a shower back to back I could see this being a problem. 7.) I had to lock in 4 wheel drive to get in and out of driveway. Might consider having driveway scraped before rental after a big snow.Not to be misunderstood I will rent here next year. These are just things I think need to be addressed at some point. Furniture being my top priority out of these. Location to slope if you are skiing is what makes this a great rental.

Excellent walk to ski 3 bedroom home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was fantastic. Rented for 3 nights. Overall, I found this home to be nicer than the pictures, it just felt much more open and larger. Look at the height above the door in the living room to get an idea. The master bedroom felt huge. Plenty of space to put stuff. The kitchen was well laid out and full of kitchen supplies. There was a good stock of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, etc... I was a bit worried about the walk to the ski resort but it was more than manageable with all of our ski gear. Anyone who is a skier should not have an issue. As someone who has CIRS, and gets sick from mold, the air quality was much better than most rentals but not perfect. Overall, I would rate this a highly recommend and look forward to renting it again next year. I wish the master bedroom bed cover had been newer/cleaner. The sheets were great. The hot water tank seemed small, may be limiting for a large family.

Reviewer Comments: Home was found clean other than a rancid smell from the food scraps that had been left in the garbage disposal which had not been run nor the scraps washed down the drain. Power went out for three hours which is the fault of neither the owner nor RRR, but there were no flashlights or lanterns to be found anywhere in the house, and the after-hours RRR representative was clear in his interest to lay the blame solely on the electric company and to therefore absolve himself of any response beyond expressing his annoyance that I called him in the first place. Furthermore, the two women at the RRR office while not rude were also not extraordinarily friendly. I will not be renting from RRR in the future.

Great rental. Great location for Sugar Mnt.

The house was clean and had everything we needed to make full meals for a group of 5 after a long day on the slopes. Huge garage that fit 2 large SUVs. Every room had a bathroom which is a huge plus! Highly recommend this rental for families/groups visiting Sugar Mnt.

This is the best VRBO we have ever rented. The house is so nice, very clean, well stocked and furnished, within walking distance of Sugar Ski slope. Wonderful accommodation!

Great Rental Property

Location is awesome for the busier ski days as it is only a couple hundred yards from the lodge. The par 4 golf hole behind the house is a great sledding/ski/snowboard hill for the kids when snow is on the ground. We would definitely book this property again. This was our 2nd stay in an RRR property on Sugar Mountain, and they do a fantastic job managing the rentals. Check in/out is very easy, and they are very accommodating. They even had the driveway plowed when we got snowed in!
