It was difficult to contact the host. It took over 24 hours for the host to respond to an email with concerns at the property. That is not acceptable. Most messages from the host were automated. We reported a number of issues. The “housekeeper “ was sent to fix them; however, they did not fix things like replacing light bulbs in the kitchen over the cook area. We loved the game room and hot tub which is why we rented it. The gas fireplaces, heat, hot water all worked well. Kitchen cook ware was “tired”. We were disappointed in the response to our concerns.
