This house is beautiful! Very well stocked with kitchen supplies, including a large coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The living room area and several of the rooms also have TVs, and the upper floor bathroom is spacious enough for multiple people to get ready at once. The host was also SO helpful, offering loads of suggestions for things to do in the area! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for family of 8 adults. The location is perfect, nice quiet street, easy walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor and also walking distance (about 1.5 mile walk) to Acadia National Park. The kitchen is well appointed; nice comfortable living room with good WiFi and large TV. Outside, nice area to sit with table and chairs. Robard was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!!

This was a wonderful place for our family to gather in Bar Harbor. The hosts thought of everything to make it a comfortable stay. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, including a second refrigerator. The indoor and outdoor dining areas were both comfortable for our group of seven. There was plenty of room in the side yard for us to store bikes. The bedrooms were comfortable and AC units worked great to cool us down during the unusually hot weather. Bathrooms were updated and stocked with plenty of towels for all of us, and the first floor washer/ dryer was very convenient. Location was very easy for walking to town or for getting to the park. Host was very accessible and responsive to questions. Overall a great experience with this property!

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our one week trip with our family. We brought our adult children with their spouses and our youngest who is twelve. The four bedrooms fit us perfectly. Having a kitchen for breakfast and the washer/dryer could not have been nicer especially with all the hiking we did. The location was great- quiet and a within walking distance to town.

Wonderful place!!!

This was a wonderful place and a perfect fit for our family trip to Bar Harbor. Twin bed room was perfect for our two youngest and decorated with little ones in mind. We had a wonderful stay in Bar Harbor! This rental home was very beautiful and had everything you could want or need. It is within walking distance to the shops, coffee, the waterfront and the grocery store. If it wasn’t for a few rainy, cold days, we probably would have walked everywhere! Absolutely loved it here!

My sister, her husband and son stayed in this beautiful property. Everything was perfect, except the weather. Their trip had to be delayed by one day. The house was clean and they had everything they needed. She mentioned that shoes were requested to be removed when in the house and that was fine but they really needed slippers and they had forgotten theirs. Other than that, their stay was perfect!

Perfect place for fall trip to Bar Harbor / Acadia

Mercedes and Robard were great hosts. They were very responsive to questions and their recommendations for things to do were very helpful. The house was very clean, even to my wife’s standards. Nice updates to the house. Comfortable bed and pillows. Comfortable reclining couches for relaxing after long hikes in Acadia. Well located, easy walking to the downtown shops and restaurants.

National park visit

The house suited us very well. Our group was older parents with adult children and their spouses. It really helps to have a place where everyone has their own bedroom and we have common areas to gather. We appreciated having a main floor master suite. We never cooked a meal in the kitchen, but it seemed well outfitted. We were able to walk to town for several excellent restaurants and morning coffee. Our dead end street was very quiet and a very short drive to the other side of town. We enjoyed the stacking washer and dryer and furnished detergents. The only issue we had was a non-functioning outlet in the bathroom (inconvenient for fixing hair) and an odd lack of available outlets in the master bedroom. We ended up having to find other outlets to charge our devices and to blow dry/curling iron my hair. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place to others!
