Dear Property Manager,I hope you're well. I'm writing to let you know about several issues we encountered during our recent stay at the apartment, which significantly affected our experience.First and foremost, the elevator was out of order for two days. This was particularly difficult for us, as we are all between the ages of 65 and 70, and had to carry our luggage up to the 4th floor. The main reason we chose this apartment was because it had an elevator, so this was very disappointing. Personally, I had to go up and down multiple times to help my friends with their bags due to their back problems, and I ended up too exhausted to leave the apartment that day.In addition to the elevator issue, we faced the following problems:One of the sofa beds was missing a sheet, and the other had no comforter.The sink in the main bathroom had a strong unpleasant odor and was not draining properly, despite our efforts to clear it with hot water.The second bathroom had limited hot water – only enough for two people during the first two days – and later had no hot water at all.Given the above, I believe a partial refund or some form of compensation would be fair, as these issues clearly impacted the quality and comfort of our stay.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope to hear from you soon.The reply was Sorry there is nothing we can do .
