Amazing staff to deal with! From arranging transportation from the airport to greeting us upon check-in, they were amazing. Phenomenal location. Lots of room for a large group of people. Could have used additional soaps/shampoos but would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay. It's in a wonderful neighborhood in the Gothic District. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only real downside was that it was very noisy at times from other apartments. There were some parties going on in the buildings and people coming in during the middle of the night pounding on doors trying to get in other people's rooms. I suppose there is not much the owners can do about that. The owners were very responsive to our needs. They have a business located next door downstairs, so it is easy to find them. We were a little short on towels when we arrived, but they took care of that right away when it was brought to their attention. It would be nice to have hotter water in the showers. It was only lukewarm. Overall, it was a very nice stay though and we would happily stay here again.

The complete staff were amazing from the time of check in to check out. They even allowed us to use there rooftop amenities after 5pm because our flight was not until 10:30pm. They gave us fresh towels to use and they allowed us to keep our stuff in their office locked safely until we were ready to leave for the airport. We had a pleasant stay with them and would definitely recommend and stay with them again ! I would give 10 stars if possible.

We are a family of 4 and loved the space of this apartment. It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. There was a washing machine in the apartment and plenty of room for the entire family to spend time together or quiet time by ourselves. There is a great bar/restaurant right across the street and the host provided wonderful suggestions for dining which we appreciated and visited.

Nice apartment in the Gothic Quarter

Comfortable apartment in the Gothic Quarter. Lots to do within walking distance, accessible by car with parking close by. My kids enjoyed a separate sleeping area. Second kitchen in 2-bed was not functional, it didn’t inhibit our stay, just would have been nice to use the second washing machine. Friendly staff, apartment was as described and pictured.

Mold issues

Apartment had mold issues and smelled of mold through out the apartment. The bathrooms were poorly renovated and did not function that well with mold in all the corners even after being cleaned. Must of been nice at on point but was both poorly renovated and has been worked over in recent years and showing it's age. Would return after a rebuild of the bathrooms as the location was wonderful.

The apt is wonderfully located in the heart of the gothic centre of Barcelona and is fabulous for a group of people travelling. The owners were quick with communication and provided support when needed and the staff at the store were great. As it is an apt, there is no reception and hours of checking in are very limited. The apartments were quite dirty and they would benefit by having any form of instructions on how to work the laundry (which does not dry clothes), thermostat, oven, wifi, etc. Overall, the location and people made the place somewhere I would Consider returning to.
