So you will hear the other occupants. - The check-in process in confusing. You have no interaction with anybody (I experienced this in Zagreb and had similar issues). They tell you to phone somebody (not WhatsApp) when you’re at the gate. No one responds, so you have to contact them by WhatsApp. No one responds. -Heating doesn’t work...

« Gordijn was te smal, geen enkele kleerhanger, slechte WIFI verbinding, geen bekers in de badkamer en er was een 1 persoonsbed en een weifelaar van 1.20. GEEN 2 persoonsbed dus en de laatste was van een bedroevende kwaliteit. Kraakte als de ziekte. Kortom zeker geen aanbeveling. En danheb ik het nog niet over de ontvangst gehad. »

« I really enjoyed my stay at downtown ! The room was very spacious and bright . The room was very clean with lots of amenities, including tv, kettle and microwave . Breakfast , coffe and tea refilled every morning . The host , Marco has been amazing, friendly and always available . I really recommend Downtown Ferrara ! »
