„Das Haus liegt ruhig in zweiter Reihe am Hafen, aber man ist mit wenigen Schritten im Zentrum des Geschehens. Zahlreiche schöne Gaststätten und Bars laden hier zum Verweilen. Zur anderen Seite liegt die wunderschöne Altstadt. mit ihren malerischen Gassen. Ein schöner Kieselstrand mit sauberem Wasser ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele gibt es viele in der Nähe, Castel del Monte, Isole Tremiti, Bari, ... Das Haus selber ist großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ...
