« The place was huge, the rooms were clean and spacious, toilets were clean. They have 5 pools. Good view of both the mountains and the sea. »

« This property is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. Clean, comfortable and a great view. The pool was chilly and the hot tub was luke warm which is the way the Filipinos like it. The food in the cafe was delicious. I especially recommend the tomato soup. I can’t wait for the opportunity to come here again. »

« The room was clean although we can smell the sewage. The bathroom shower has rusts that needs to be replaced (probably due to salt water). The breakfast was great and the lady was nice to go to our room to ask what we want for breakfast. Overall the stay was relaxing. »

« Our family enjoyed our stay at Whiterock. The kids used the water theme park and slides. The 3 villas we rented were clean but could see outdated bathrooms. Not a lot of resort guests, so it felt exclusive for our family. Overall, we had a great time. »

« We enjoyed the pool, but there were a lot of leaves. The room was not clean enough, especially the outdoor toilets; there was even poop that was not cleaned. The place is beautiful, and the beach itself could improve in cleanliness as well as the service at the reception and kitchen, where the staff seemed unfriendly. »

« Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold. »

« The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty. »

« The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair »

« Lights are too complicated not good for some seniors No bar soap are available I like the room very spacious I like the hallway it’s wide, never seen that before People are nice, they just forget to clean our room on our last day »

« We never get a chance to use or stay because it was flooded, we cannot reach the place because the water are to deep. We needed to get a new place to stay and so hard to get a refund. »
