KINGI Modern Studio, Walk to Everything
Accommodation was ok no problem however you could not bring a suit case down the access it was vertically inaccessible.we had to unpack suit cases on the road ,trip hazard all the way uneven dirt surface. Need to be Olympian to reach city centre in7 mins .Experience was disappointing.(side issue ...

We had an amazing experience. Our hosts were brilliant. The space is fantastic for kids. Elegant 2-Bed Apartment with Stunning Views
The apartment is modern and very well appointed. There is separate air conditioning in both bedrooms and both living rooms. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance of both Batemans Bay shops and the marina. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be returning.
