Große Zimmer mit allen Annehmlichkeiten
Schönes geräumiges Zimmer, das eher einem Appartment gleicht. Bevorzugt genutzt von Familien was aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit etwas ungünstig ist für Leute mit einem leichten Schlaf.

The staff were very kind and courteous. The breakfast options in the morning were plentiful. The room however, left a lot to be desired. I could hear the room above me and all of the activities in the hallway. Most of the outlets didn't work. The shower door did not stay closed, leading to a significant amount of water that went onto the floor which I then had to clean up. The shower also had a lot of mold and was quite slippery.

they gave away my prepaid room. I arrived at 9pm and I was given a less preferable room as only available. Also the shower tub did not drain. I would not pick this again.

My stay was good the only issue I had was you can hear the doors closing from the other guess when they leave out or coming in. Other than that everything was great 💯👍.....

My reservation at this property included an additional $15 per day charge for "Cancellations and Charges," which the hotel would not order. I had a reservation for two days, but had to cancel the second day due to a family emergency. The hotel assistant manager (Ashley Taylor) said in an email that "We are unable to provide a refund due to you booking 3rd party. You are more than welcome to reach out to Expedia to see if they are able to help you with that. We are unable to modify any 3rd party booking reservations. ..." The property's failure to honor the "booked" cancellation policy was very unfair. Please assist in resolving this matter with the property.

Upon checking in, manager Mary attempted to give me a single bed room, after I paid for a double. After questioning management, she said there were none left & then magically came up w one. Once we got into the room, pulled covers back...There was a dirty used band aid in the sheets! There was also a strong chemical smell on the hotel floor. I went to let the front desk know. There was an accimmodating clerk that possessed good customer service. Manager Mary did not have good communication skills nor did she address the problem with e me. I asked them to change our sheets. It was horrible that surrounding hotels were sold out. Lastly, after getting settled, a huge roach came out of the AC unit. Worst experience ever and I paid for it. My last time staying at that chain. My daughter said it felt like a motel that they tried to upgrade, she was right. Poor cleaning, poor management, and facility. Yuck. Spacious room was the only pro.

Thank you for your honest feedback. I sincerely appreciate you choosing to stay with us. Please allow me to apologize about the housekeeping services you received. We only service the rooms on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays but they are supposed to replenish the towels and empty the trash everyday. We do hope to have another chance to provide you with an excellent stay in the future.

It was extremely noisy on my floor, loud loud kids running up and down the hallway constantly all night long. It was a terrible night for me and I got no sleep and I really feel I should get some sort of reimbursement because it was a waste of money.

Pro - spacious, great tv on swivel, desk area, couch very comfortable, bed was wonderful, continental breakfast was good, baggage carts available, staff at front desk were helpful. Cons - no place to put stuff in the shower, no shower cap, q-tips, cotton ball pkg, shades and curtains do not keep all the light out, carpet felt nasty - needs to be replaced, only 1 sink, not alot of counter space in bathroom.

Never warmed up to this property. Expected pool but nothing. Check in was awful. No soap minor stuff. Not sure if I would stay there again. But it is sufficient.

Misleading, No pool
We only decided to stay overnight in Baton Rouge for the kids to swim. We live about 2 hours from the area and was in town for a meeting. According to hotels.com photos there was a pool but after checking in we learned that the hotels doesn’t have a pool. I would have chosen another hotel had I known.
