Took way too long to check in even though i was only person at the desk. Please improve checkin process, fifteen minutes standing there while the lady figured things out was too long. But fair price for clean room. Questionable area. The elevator worked thankfully.

The pictures of this hotel look great online but this was definitely not a tip top hotel. The hotel itself smelled musty. the elevator smelled moldy and the rooms had a very musty and old smell as well. The Bathroom door in our hotel room did not close. The Tv did not work and the floor was very sticky and gross. Any time we had to wait for the elevator we would have to wait for not less than 5 min. On one occasion we were in a hurry so we used the stairs instead of the elevator and there was pee all in the stairwell and it smelled horrible.

We stayed here for one night, really didn’t look like the photos online. the floors were very dirty (made your feet black just from taking a few steps). the tv in the room also didn’t work, not really a big deal but still. the photos online are very misleading but if you’re in a bind and need somewhere cheap to stay go for it!

The room I paid for, which was a jacuzzi room, jacuzzi was broken. The front desk wouldn't refund my money. I couldn't even get a discount. Thankfully Expedia stepped in and made it right. The front desk attendant was rude.

I accidentally left my door open while at the pool and everything was exactly how i left it . Thankful for the wonderful staff and regulars who stay at Trident Inn. The suite rooms have view of a pond and trees.

The bathroom smells of smoke, it’s absolutely disgusting. Only here for the night but $100 I could have stayed somewhere else that seemed less appealing but may have been cleaner.

Did not feel clean, asked for clean sheets and towels after lunch and had to strip the bed and bring everything to the front desk myself. I should not have to do any of that when I’m paying for a room. Very disappointed with my stay overall. Place did not feel clean or nice.

Cockroaches,dirt, broken taps, dirty towels The worst place ever We cleaned our room so it was better than when we checked in and we are still waiting for our deposit! Stay was finished on the 17th February Main manager was extremely mean and angry

The hotel is outdated. It's convenient for the cheap price. However, the rooms don't have a microwave. And you have to ask the front desk for an iron. No ironing board included.

Horrible experience
I ended up leaving the property and not staying!! Stood at the counter for 30 minutes with not staff to be found…called multiple times no answer.. when I left the police were in the parking lot hotel lobby was smelly and dirty!!

my only issue is the beds are very small! It claims to be queen but it is def a full size... my first assigned room was extremely small BUT the associate was very pleasant about getting me a more suitable room.

I liked nothing about the property, it was very dirty, smelled like cigarette smoke, the room, the bed had cigarette burns, everything was sticky, the area around the hotel is decent, last time I try to go cheap, but it had good reviews,? I absolutely don’t know where they were from? I didn’t even stay. I checked in and checked out 20 minutes later lost my money, but didn’t care because I absolutely was not staying there.

Upon check in the workers at the front desk were not friendly at all. After finding our reservation they made snarky comments regarding a deposit. Once check in was completed we went up to our room. The door to our room was open and there was a man in it “working” on the door. We didn’t feel safe at this point. We went back down stairs to inform the front desk and request a refund. They knew nothing of this man being up there. After some conversation the man called someone and told us this was his maintenance man. The hotel was nasty with a bad odor throughout. When I requested the refund again they told me they could do nothing with a refund and I would have to contact my booking agency. I did, still couldn’t get a refund. All this transpired, from booking online to leaving the property, within a matter of 30 minutes or less.

Horrible hotel
It was a very nasty hotel the compliment tree breakfast that was supposed to be between six and nine we went there at 7:30 and there was two bald eggs two slices of bread, a half a gallon of milk, and some very burnt coffee. The rooms smelled very bad. The toilet would not flush half the time the TV was hanging off the wall.
