Das Hardrock ist ein super Hotel.Es bietet rundum Service. Der Zimmerservice ist 24 Std verfügbar.Alle Zimmer bieten ein Whirlpool und ein riesen Bett und grossen TV.Das Personal ist top und geht auf die Kundenwünsche ein.

We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!!

Me gustó el restaurante Isla y que están arreglando el hotel. No me gustó la limpieza en la habitación y en algunos áreas del hotel

This is an extremely large property but they offer shuttles that can take you around. They run every 15 mins or so. The casino at the property is very clean and they have events nightly.

The room service was less than what I expected. We ordered breakfast and never got it. Also when we arrived on the property we were told that the Tran would run regularly we had long waits at times. Overall we did enjoy our stay

THE VIP was more of a trick to have us sign for a Legends Club. And it was set up as a trap.

My kids really enjoyed the Waterpark, lazy river was awesome..the food is not bad too. One thing i didn't like is waiting for transportation to move around the property, you can wait for more than a half hour
