« The staff was not professional as far as greeting you and also cleaning staff hung out around the front lobby and had loud conversations amongst themselves which should have been done in a different location. Our room still had garbage in the trash can under bathroom sink and there were several items that needed maintenance. On our 6 day trip through Michigan and Wisconsin this was by far the worst stay. »
