« Pros - this property is very pretty and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The linens provided were amazing. The kitchen and living space are all very clean. The large rain showerhead was strong and hot. The host was very responsive (more than any other host I have worked with over 3 dozen VRBO stays in the past couple of years). « I was traveling with my teenage son who is disabled. The hotel itself wasn’t super accessible for him, and it was difficult to get him up and down the “ramps” to the pool. Elevator to and from the pool was inside a little room that was not well ventilated with no A/C which was difficult for him as well. Restaurants were also pretty far from the room. The service was exceptional, and the food was great. We all enjoyed the pool and the activities for the kids (kinda pricey) room was just mediocre. »
