„Highland falls is a dump. WE WERE LOCKED OUT AFTER 1day of a 2 day stay. Very FEW window coverings and no black out in bedroom. You’ll be up at dawn. WIFI is TERRIBLE!!! Dealing with the owner/property management company was a HASSLE. First, you cannot pay through VRBO. The property manager sent me links to pay that did not work and wasted 4 hours of my time just trying to get payment to their platform. „We stayed at this location for A Day. We wanted plenty of space for our son to relax if he wanted to. There were two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the second floor. When we entered the property, we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rental. The space was nice and well kept, but I was surprised that some of the furniture in the pictures was not the same, in particular the large couch in the family room was replaced by a much smaller one. „Pool was great, we weren’t able to use the hot tub, water never got hot enough. The kitchen needs to be stocked with better equipment, no silverware, pots and pans in bad shape, no dish cloths or towels, beds and bathrooms were acceptable, they did accommodate all of us (12). Needs more towels and blankets or state that you need to bring your own. Price per night for what we got doesn’t match!!“

The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals.
