„Fantastic House. The pictures did not do it justice. It was way bigger than I was expecting. We had a family reunion with 17 adults and three children. There was plenty of room and different places for people to go to be alone if they wanted. The kids loved the games room and had so much fun. Would highly recommend it and we will definitely be visiting again.“

„Crook farm is a great base for a multi generational group (plus dogs) - so much to recommend it. Location - being able to walk up the Old Man from the house was amazing; a large, enclosed garden for the dogs - and younger members of the group to explore; and the house itself - comfortable, spacious and full of character. We all had a wonderful week. “

Was uns gefehlt hat war die direkte Anbindung vom Haus zum Garten, was aber bei vielen Unternehmungen außerhalb des Hauses und bei dem wechselhaften englischen Wetter akzeptabel war.“

„The cottage is so homely and had everything you needed! Definitely a home from home. Hot tub was a fantastic edition. We also used the pizza oven one evening. Both bathrooms had powerful and hot showers. The host was very attentive and responded within hours of sending a message. Location is just picture perfect, with Ennerdale Water a 2 min drive away with plenty parking. There isn’t much else to do, other than walk at the lake, it was very quiet and peaceful. There are 2 pubs within walking ...
