„I had slightly higher expectations before arriving at the hotel. The check-in staff were fine, but I was hoping for a bit more of that Southern hospitality. „Great location. Easy to get to downtown Banner Elk. Grandfather Mountain is about 30 min away. Charging port was a super handy addition as there are not a lot of chargers nearby. Works seamlessly with Tesla but will need the adapters that come with your Tesla.No A/C but we stayed in late June and it was forecasted to be very warm in the local area but the elevation, screened windows, and included fans make it a non-issue.It deserves all the 10/10 reviews.“

„We stayed in the domed house for 4 days! We loved the house itself!! Outside of the house the porch, and fire pit area needs some TLC. There was broken glass around the outside of the fire pit. The porch needs a good pressure washing and some paint. The hot tub was dirty, but has plenty of chlorine in the water. Definitely would stay here again!“
