Staff is not very good. When checking out of the room, the staff was wrongly accusing me of taking out a shoe brush.

I stayed 2 nights in a twin-bed standard room. The facility of the washroom was excellent with electric water closet and a small flat TV. The hot water was with sand in the first night. Understand that the cooling function of the air-conditioner may be turned off in Spring (a general practice in Beijing) but the second night's room temperature reached 30 degree celcius which was not acceptable. Overall, this hotel is a good one.

The room facility is in good condition with electric water closet. Fruit plate is given from the second day onward. The tea bags are also good. The bad things are that the hotel location is a bit far from subway and hot tab water is weak and not hot in lower floor. The worst thing is that guests from other rooms smoke and the ventilation system would bring the smoke to the corridor and my room. Recommend the hotel to remind those local Chinese that smoking is not allowed in Beijing hotel.

チェックインの後に通された部屋は誰かが宿泊した後の清掃前の部屋か、または、誰かが滞在中の部屋か、散らかっている状態の部屋でした。 フロントに申告したらすぐに代わりの部屋を案内いただきましたが、散らかった部屋をみて気分を害されました。

2人部屋には浴槽常備で快適

2人部屋は浴槽があり価格面からも満足できます。ロビーでは英語対応可能です。唯一残念なのは床暖がない寒い時期に宿泊すると寒くて夜中に目が覚めます。何処のホテルも同じかもしれません。布団も薄いので、二枚重ねになり重いです。

very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, great breakfast; the only problem is that staff doesn't speak English so it is hard to communicate if you do not speak Chinese.

シングルで宿泊しましたが、広々と快適でした。窓からオリンピック会場の鳥の巣が見えます。対外経済貿易大学にも近いです。

ホテル名にインターナショナルと付いてますがスタッフは英語がほとんど話せません。ホテルのチェックイン・チェックアウトは英語のマニュアルがあるのか，そこそこスムーズにできましたが，ちょっとマニュアルにないような質問とかをしてもほとんど英語で答えてくれません。またhotels.comのマップ表示されるホテルの位置が誤ってます。最寄りの地下鉄駅は5号線の恵新西街北口かと思います。浴室はバスタブと洗い場が別でかなり広く，シャワーの勢いも十分でしたが，水温調節は難しいです。

北3環状線と北4環状線の中間に位置したホテルで、空港からも18km圏内で移動も便利

納得の値段、でも欲を言えば今回の値段でスイートに止まってみたい。 朝の通勤ラッシューは世界でも名の知れた渋滞の首都北京ですが、地下鉄駅がすぐホテルの近くに あるため、北京中心市街までの移動も便利。

hotel .com 之神秘優惠價有誤導成份.四小時之所謂優惠其實除返開比五星酒店還要貴.但其實際只是普通之三星酒店.所謂之註明極不明顯.很容易會看不到只限日間四小時可用.並要當天完成.但網站卻可顯示於第二日check out.本人不慎中招.原以為可於第二天check out.後来隔了一段時间酒店職員才發现是當天日间四小时之房間.四小時收四百多人民幣.三星酒店五星價錢.卻叫神秘優惠價..本人不小心中招了.多謝hotel.com

酒店位置不太方便，走去地鐵站需要15分鐘左右， 房間格局古怪，燈光很暗，而且是沒有空調， 令人難以入睡.

Good accomodation in a quieter area

A good accomodation in a quieter living area close Olympic village. Closer to airport but very far away from city centre. Rooms are big, asian breakfast is very good, western style is not so good. Hotel is more convenient for Chinese people.

Information about this hotel's location is wrong!

First of all, the location of this hotel is quite different from the information given by hotels.com's webpage. The actual location is app. 2-3 kilometers away, close to the Olympic village--relatively close to a metro station, but not the one that appears on the map. Very nice and helpful staff which upgraded me for some reason when I arrived and offered me a room with almost no smell of smoking as the first room had obviously been used for smoking visitors. The breakfast was not good with a slightly disinterested staff.

The hotel is clean, excellent looking, rooms are comfort but it got nobody speaks any other language except Chinese ... even the dining menu was in Chinese only ... I will not go there again :)

居然停水了

晚上12:00 回到酒店，想洗個澡，酒店居然爆水管，等待凌晨兩點鐘才能夠洗澡。酒店提供免費早餐，但不值60塊錢每人。樓下的餐廳價格算是合理！附近也有不錯的餐廳，距離地鐵站也算方便。由酒店去三號機場坐taxi大概100$RMB，40 分鐘內到達。

청결상태는 좋았으나 영어가 통하지 않았고 위치가 조금은 애매해서 택시비를 주로 타고 다녔습니다. 주변에 레스토랑이나 편의점이 전혀 없다는 점을 염두해두세요!

超值超好，好订网客服也超好。不用多说什么，在这睡觉基本是静音的，隔音真好，一觉到天亮，不用听隔壁的各种声音，你们懂得。环境服务绝对对得起这个价位！

Great Room

I was so impressed with my room...it's cleanliness, design, overall attractiveness. The toilet and shower were separated by the dressing area/sink which was nice. The shower had a rainfall shower head as well as a wall mounted or handheld sprayer. AC worked great. The room was very quiet. Very contemporary room design. Very clean...no carpets...yay! Service was great. I only needed porters for my luggage. They were prompt and helpful. Not much of view, but I wasn't staring at a concrete wall! The rates were excellent. My friends were staying at the Kempinsky, but being on a budget I paid 1/3 of their bill for a very comfortable experience. I was very happy with my experience at Changbaishan Hotel.
