„My husband and I stayed here in for several nights and really enjoyed our time. It's a very cute guest cottage close to the main downtown. Very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Nice amenities, such as a fan, record player, wine/bottle opener & glasses, kitchen supplies, plenty of blankets, and designated parking spot. It was also very nice having a fenced backyard available for us. Highly recommend this charming cottage!“

„We stayed here for a fall wedding in Winterport. Cabin was great for my family and loved being closer to Belfast. The rocky beach in front of cabin is great to explore. We found the place to be very clean and the mattresses to be comfortable. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to town. We would stay here again!“

„Although there was no air condition as listed in the German profile of the house, we had a great stay. Were welcomed by the owner who gave a perfect description by phone how to reach the house. There was food and drinks in the fridge which was great and a fan in each room. Two Americans and three Germans had a lot of fun exploring Acadia, Searsport, Pleasant Point Indian Reservation, Whale watching, Deer Isle and much more... Thank you, Paul! „Gemütliches, gepflegtes und kreativ eingerichtetes Cottage. Ziele wie Deer Isle und Acadia National Park waren mit dem Auto gut und relativ schnell zu erreichen - die Hauptstrasse (Route 15/177) ist nur 5 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Auf den Geschirrspüler kann man leicht verzichten, da ohnehin nur eine genau auf die Anzahl der Gäste abgezählte Anzahl von Tellern zur Verfügung steht. Dass es kein Wifi gibt war vorher bekannt. Nur leider hatten wir auch keinen Empfang für unsere Smartphones.“

„So, what can I say that hasn’t already been highlighted. The property itself is your a typical Maine lake house. It is close to a few amenities like Hannifords and a few restaurants but not too far from Bangor. The interior is completely updated and is stocked as you would expect with top quality rentals. „Pros: Quiet. This is it if you are looking for quiet. The cottage: The glassed-in porch is the star. The windows open too. The kitchen is updated and a pleasure to cook in. The living room is very cozy at night. There was a musky smell when we 1st arrived, but went away quickly once all windows were open and never came back, but then again the windows were open the whole vacation. Cons: The view will be obstructed soon if the owner doesn't cut down some small trees, it seems without affecting ...
