« Staff when we checked in was great and helpful! As I was getting ready to check out, I noticed a bug on a pillow. I took a picture of it and video. I went to the front desk and the there was a lady sitting in the office and asked what I needed. I showed her the picture and video and she asked if it was from today - I said yes, and seemed kind of annoyed, I brought it to her attention. »

« The breakfast sausage was made from something other than beef or pork. The owner/manager/ staff are admitted vegetarians and their breakfast fare reflected that. The eggs were watery and were powdered. It will probably appeal to Vegans, not those who are meat eaters. Best to get up a little early and get breakfast elsewhere. »

« Room was very clean. Soap dispensers were full. Lady at front desk very polite and helpful. »

« We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it. »

« Property was clean and staff were friendly. A bar and grill is connected and a DQ is within walking distance. The pool area is very big with chairs and tables surrounding. My favorite surprise was the sleeper sofa in the King room! »

« Nicely decorated, quiet, and very clean. Good location for us to ride bike trail. But breakfast was a C+, very carb heavy though hard boiled eggs were available. But VERY pricey for the overall. Not many other choices in the area... »

« The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores »

« Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout. »
