Since their Head Office didn't forward the booking details to the site. They refused to accept my booking, since they have over sold the rooms. After showing the evidences, they were trying to offer us a horrible location as an alternative and argued with me that the Credit Card payment was not made by them, whereas it was debited in October...

« Very professional staff on the restaurant side and the food was amazing .The resort have a huge potentiel of succes because its very luxury and well decorated.
