« Our room was first class as was the staff we met.
We just had a small breakfast but that was also top class. Only one thing spoiled it and that was Experia charging ÂŁ38 more than the actual cost of the room if we had booked a hotel room directly. We wonât be using Experia again lesson learned (book direct). »

« SituĂ©e dans le Guest House Ă cotĂ© de l'hĂŽtel, dans une rue en ruine, la chambre est restĂ©e dans son jus des annĂ©es 80 et SURTOUT, je ne sais qui logeait dans les autres chambres mais tout le monde fumait ! Je suppose donc que l'alarme incendie Ă©tait hors service ! Irrespirable (2 jours plus tard nos vĂȘtements et valises empestent encore) ! L'extrĂȘme courtoisie des managers n'arrive pas Ă compenser la dĂ©crĂ©pitude du lieu.

« Staff were courteous and super helpful and efficient. The Indian restaurant was superb. The hotel cleanliness left a bit to be desired in terms of the exterior which wasnât swept, with cigarette butts all around and rubbish not picked up. I changed rooms because the one I was given was not clean. It could be so nice with just a few details taken care of. »
