« We frequent Lake Whatcom often, but needed a place to have family stop in and enjoy a day with us over a few day period to celebrate a couple of our kids accomplishments. The ample parking and huge yard on the water worked perfectly for us. The dock allowed us to keep our water toys on standby for whenever someone felt the need to enjoy the water. The yard size allowed us to have yard games, seating, and food service with plenty to spare. The fire pit area was great for after the sun went down....

« This is a beautiful home, suitable for a weekend family getaway.The bedding and kitchen towels weren't organized or clean, so that was difficult. The kitchen was well-stocked and furnished for big meals.Thete is a large open area for visiting and socializing. The listing was a bit misleading about the bed/sleeping capacity. « The home is great. Easy check-in and out. Nice and clean. Bathrooms are nice and updated with great showers. Kitchen and laundry were well-stocked. Nice kayaks, SUPs and a pedal boat to use. The fire-pit was a hit. The only minor drawback is the number of stairs down from the parking are to the house. People with limited mobility will struggle with the stairs. Otherwise the property is perfect. We would be happy to stay there again. The views and ambiance cannot be beaten. »

The listing was like the picture and we were thankful for the heads up about the fridge being very small so we brought a cooler for our food. The communication with the property manager Jackie was punctual and she let us know everything ahead of time. The treehouse overall was very remote and quiet and both of us enjoyed the property! »
