Hôtel près de Beltway Shopping Center, Fort Walton Beach, Fort Walton Beach

« Staff was awful. I paid for 3 rooms, arrived well after check-in, and my rooms were not ready. 30 minutes later I’m told my rooms are ready. 2 rooms were, however the 3rd room was occupied. My teenage daughters walked in on a man coming out of the shower and 2 kiddos were also running around the room nude. I requested a refund immediately and was told i had to wait until Monday and speak with the manager. »

« The hotel was sooo nice! The staff was great and the breakfast was soo good! Sadly we only stayed one night due to being evacuated due to the hurricane but overall highly reccomend »

« Tres bien situé sur le bord de plage avec un acces direct. Bemol pas de restaurant tres proche accessible a pied comme partout aux us mais un resto sur place. »

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set! Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...

« Les chambres étaient propres. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil. »

« Chambre propre. Accessible en fauteuil roulant comme demandé. Mais aucun amenagement pour personne à mobilité réduite. »

« I had stayed at this property before but didn't realize it when booking. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and well maintained and the staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The beach location is perfect and the property is nice and relaxing. The on-site restaurant facing the beach is super convenient with great food and service. I would absolutely stay here again. This is an older property but it is well maintained and clean. »

« Personnel très avenant et courtois. l'hôtel est coller sur la plage. »

« This is the worst Inn I've ever stayed at and extremely overpaid for it. Never again, it stinks. »

« Kitchenette sans aucun accessoire, RIEN, pas de possibilité de se faire un café, propreté douteuse, cheveux ds les tiroirs,... »
