« A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly »

« I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2. »
