Es gab an 5 von 7 Abenden kein Buffet. Das Ala Cart Essen dauerte länger als 3,5 Stunden. Wege und Treppen waren zum Teil sehr verschmutzt. Die Zimmer waren ok. Obwohl die Mehrheit der anwesenden Hotlegäste deutschsprachig war, gab es keinen deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiter. Die Servicekräfte sprachen nur sehr gebrochenes Englisch. Die Verstänidigung war für unsere Menschen mit Behinderungen somit unmöglich. Zumindest eine deutsche Speisekarte wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Es geht besser

Sehr schöne großräumige Anlage. Sehr sauber. Zur Zeit unserer Reise wurde das Hotel gerade neu aufgefrsicht. Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum wurden neu gestaltet. Dadurch kam es zu höherem Aufwand beim Frühstücksbuffet in anderen Räumlichkeiten, was zu l´Lasten der Qualität ging. (beschränkte Auswahl, teilweise nur lauwarm) . Das Personal in der Bar war dem abendlichen Ansturm nicht gewachsen.

Ein uriges Feriendorf abseits der Hotelburgen.

Sehr interessante Anlage. Das Personal zum Teil bemüht um sehr guten Service. Leichte Mängel bei der Reinigung. Schwierig für Gäste, die nicht spanisch und englisch sprechen. Schlechtes Essen im a la carte Restaurant. - halbgeforenener Kuchen, altes Obst, zähes Fleisch, kalte Kartoffeln.

Gut: Die Größe der Suiten. Essen am Buffet.

Nicht so gut: Sauberkeit und Reparaturen. Qualität des à la carte Restaurants. Deutschsprachige Ansprechperson.
