Location de vacances de particulier à Berkeley

« The property is fun. So much character and David the host is the absolute best! »

« A house that's been chopped up into many bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms so you can fit several families. Very convenient to the Solano retail core and a short drive to the BART. The backyard could use some TLC to turn it into a place one would want up hang out in. »

« Couldn't have asked for more lovely place to stay, or a smoother process. No notes. Would stay again. »

« Lovely, clean and spacious home with excellent access to Berkeley coffee shops and restaurants. Comfortable and relaxing space. Perfect for our stay! »

« Only 1 small criticism: the ceiling can lighting in main living / dining/ kitchen is FAR too bright or if off, is way too dull. No way to turn some of them down or have a dimmer switch option. This would help. »

« Thank you for a great stay this weekend! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. We really appreciated the hospitality, clear communication, and how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. We had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again. Thanks again for hosting us! »

« Dustin does a great job hosting guests with his wonderful Berkeley hills house. We really enjoyed the views, privacy & slept well. He has a lot of coffee making alternatives also! »

« Of all my travels, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed at. We had a large gathering of friends to celebrate a birthday and the loss of another friend of ours. Our host, Dustin, was genuinely one of the greatest hosts I've ever interacted with. Extremely accommodating, excellent communication, and was very quick to respond and answer all of our questions clearly. The property is beautiful and extremely spacious. We were able to take advantage of the hot tub in the backyard as well...

« Overall, we had a very comfortable stay! The house is incredibly spacious and located in a perfect spot close to great restaurants and walking paths. My only minor suggestions for improvement would be adding a better setup for trash and upgrading the TV. Would definitely stay again. »

« Couch was dusty and made everyones allergies act up but everything else seemed clean. Had everything you would need for a weekend stay »

« Communication was excellent. I was very happy with our stay. My kids and I were attending a concert at Oracle Park, and this was a great distance from the venue for our entire week. »

« Had an amazing time! The rooms were spacious and all the beds were comfortable. And the shower in the Main bedroom was legendary: 2 rain shower heads, 3 side jets, and 1 detachable, all in the same shower, I was in heaven! The AC/Heating worked smoothly and the neighborhood was peaceful. It was also walking distance to a coffee shop and a convenience store! »

« Perfect location, you can walk to restaurants, shopping etc. Easy check in and out. »

« Wonderful stay. The property was better than the pictures. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again! »

« Desk space in room helped get some work done while waiting to meet friends nearby. »
