Das Personal war sehr nett und gut geschult. Die Einrichtung allerdings war sehr abgewohnt und im Bad löste sich der Fugenkit und es waren Flecken auf dem Waschtisch und auf dem Fernsehtisch klebte auch etwas. Das berühmte Aquarium wird derzeit renoviert und kann nicht angesehen werden. Laut Expedia haben wir 5 Sterne gebucht. Die Klassifizierung am Eingang wies allerdings nur 4 Sterne auf. Ich werde mir genau überlegen, ob ich dieses Hotel noch einmal wählen werde.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage einmalig , es liegt mitten in Berlin und eigentlich ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen ! Die Parkgebühren allerdings sind sehr hoch ! Nicht angemessen für Hotelgäste ! Das Personal ist bemüht , jedoch ist die Kleidung nicht angemessen für ein gutes Hotel ! Die Einrichtung ist mittlerweile sehr abgewohnt und nicht mehr vollständig und Schimmelflecken in der Dusche sind nicht zu akzeptieren ! Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einwandfrei und sehr reichhaltig , jedoch auch hier das Personal nicht angemessen ausstaffiert ! Alles in allem würden wir eine Altenative suchen und hoffen das es sich in den nächsten Jahren bessert .
