Wir hatten einen Aufenthalt von 3 Übernachtungen und waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Die zum Haus gehörige Therme, mit allen Anwendungsmöglichkeiten, hatte einen Aufpreis( 4 Std. 25,- Euro)sie ist für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich und stark frequentiert.
Ich reise seit viele jahre. wahr viele mal entuscht aber sowas habe ich Nicht gesehen angefangen von zimmer das für ein delux zimmer ausstatung und service gleich wie ein hilfscontenier von dritte welt krieg die terme unterbesetz und was schlimmer ist so was von schmuzig habe ich noch nie gesehen Ale italiener tuhe ich betohnen das ich für meinen land schehme. Bitte um stellungsnahme.
In a nutshell my room was full of bedbugs and some other pretty insects. When I first called the receptionist, she behaved like it was normal (!): "yeah, there are in every room". They sent someone only after a couple of hours to try and sort things out. I personally found the whole thing unbelievable, a bit disgusting and somehow surreal to say the least. This is supposed to be "a grand hotel".
I didn’t consider this a 4 star property. While the staff was pleasant, room was clean and it was in a historic building with many Terme baths. The baths were open to the general public and were very busy. The restaurant offered less than expected for a 4 star hotel.
