Puis nous avons demandé pour un entretien avec notre visiteur, au calme car il y avait un match de foot dans le grand salon et beaucoup de bruit, sollicitant de nous mettre dans un salon annexe, réponse: “no that’s not possible”.
Déplorable…. Nous n’y retournerons pas »

« Ideally situated close to the centre of Berwick Upon Tweed. Excellent value for money.
Compact room with small double bed, comfortable enough but a bit creaky.
TV, Kettle and fridge in room aswell as a hairdryer.
A few minor issues that could be improved upon are;
TV is ok if you are connecting somwthing to it but the signal for the digital channels is terrible.
There is no mirror next to plug sockets for styling hair etc.
There are only 3 parking spaces and when we were there the first night,...
