They do send you very detailed directions, but if you are wholly unfamiliar with the area, it can be a little unsettling to be on winding roads outside of civilization with no cell service. „As the owner stated to us, the cabin does have it's quirks; however, that didn't make it unenjoyable! We went with our three dogs and had a beautiful time. Our dogs loved being able to lounge outside on the deck and in the fenced in back yard. We normally have to keep them on a lead or leash at our townhouse complex in Pittsburgh, so the freedom for them was lovely. There is absolutely no light pollution or sound pollution. „Just wow! We truly enjoyed the Cabin, the amazing view (especially at sunrise), and the area. The cabin was clean, well appointed with games, movies, kitchen supplies and anything we could need. Loved the fire pit and hot tub. Lots of wildlife viewing, even had a bear make a brief appearance in the yard. The area didn't disappoint either, from a pontoon at Burnsville to the local state parks, we have a wonderful visit.“
