« Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt ĂŒber dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszĂŒgig. GrundsĂ€tzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wĂ€re. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. Ă€usserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel GlĂŒck wĂ€ren wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

« Unfortunately our flights to Switzerland were cancelled so we did not get the pleasure of staying at this property. I’m giving it a 5 stars based on the listing itself(We were really excited about the location), the communication with Madeline and how helpful and accommodating they were with us going through the disappointment of having our trip cancelled. They are great to work with and we will definitely be rescheduling our trip to stay at their property in the near future. »
