« Wonderful hotel, which is needed in a chaotic city like Varanasi. Room was modern, spotlessly clean, good air conditioning and breakfast room/restaurant was smart with great food. Varanasi is very 'full-on', so this place is a modern, relaxing haven away from the madness. I recommend this place. »

« Everything was very well managed by the property caretaker however, the hotel location is little tricky, not easily tracked by Google map. Apart from this, my experience remained excellent. Staff was very helpful and supportive. Newly built very nicely decorated🎀 and very well maintained. »

« It's located in a very convenient and popular place. However, the second building where I stayed looks like a buffer part of staff facilities.. unkept walkway, unattended stuff including linen in the passages, etc wtc »

« Excellent location, fair walking distance to the river, walking distance to KFC. Fair distance also to ISBT and Varanasi Junction. Lots of rickshaws avail everywhere. Wifi is excellent, room noise isolation is excellent, breakfast is pretty nice lots of choice (although no meat available at all), shower is very nice also, front staff excellent and they go beyond and above to help you with your questions and travel needs. Special thanks to Krishan, Shubham and Rishi, who really helped me above...

« I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at Hotel Plaza Inn. Upon arrival, the front desk staff refused to check me in without any valid reason, and I had to argue extensively just to secure my reservation.
