Hôtel près de Patinoire de Big Dipper, Fairbanks, Fairbanks

« The elevator is not working! The coffee maker poured out so much dirt and old black stuff! Asked for an electric kettle as i like to have hot water in my room for drinking but denied! Had to go up and down just to get hot water glass from reception! Pathetic experience in alaskan snow winters! Staff gave free cookie to others but not me so that was rude! But Room was clean and cozy »

The room had a kitchen (with a microwave, fridge-freezer, stovetop,...

« The hotel is in a great location! The staff were friendly and always helpful! The rooms are clean, although there were a few broken or damaged items. Free bottles of water are available, which is a plus, but the supply wasn’t restocked for nearly two days, leaving guests without any water – not even for a fee. »
