The place was nice enough, but I chose it to comfortably sleep 5 adults and to be able to wash our laundry as needed.
My son had to sleep on the couch the first night because the queen air mattress wasn't there. They did bring a new one in the next day as promised.
I was going to wash laundry the first night as we had already been traveling other places and this was our halfway mark and I made sure to rent a place with a washer and dryer in house. Only problem was the washer didn't work, so I was hand washing undergarments and other clothing items as we were running out of clothes. The manager came to see that the washer wasn't working, which in my opinion seemed to be for show. She then said she'd have someone in the next day or two out to repair it. That never happened, so I'm overall very disappointed as it was a very pricey place after all the fees and taxes were added on and so I would expect some sort of consideration of our sacrifices and just maybe do the right thing and apology and issue some credit to make it satisfactory without me having to say something! Also my advice is to make sure someone can be reached after hours to solve issues that may come. There was an allotted amount of hours to reach anyone and even that was a little difficult as you have to use the iPad and msg and then wait for a response. Not everyone stays put in the condo at all times and has the time to sit around waiting.
One more thing, I was given an access key to the pool and hot tub and was even told if I lose this key that was simply a piece of paper with our condo # on it and inserted into a plastic sleeve, it would be a $150 replacement cost and the pool and the invisible hot tub were closed for covid. Just odd the key was specifically left for that and they never mentioned it was closed.
