« We have been staying for a week with three adults and two children of 3 and 6 years. The house is located in a small cul de sac, so there is only minimal traffic. The beach and sea are only a short walk of about 2 minutes away; bus stops, restaurants and shops are also within walking distance. « A gorgeous little barn which was perfect for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Love the location and easy walks out into the countryside. The barn is super clean with great facilities - couldn’t ask for any more. »

« It was very nice, the stairs need to be fixed as look like the are rotting also so would not use them, hot tub bar to pull back cover screw loose and kept falling off. Shower needs sorting out as squirts everywhere concerned that could get hair dryer wet so would not use. Floor gets wet everywhere in the bathroom due to the shower head. Other than that very comfortable clean very relaxing. »

« Property looks disappointing on first look at the outside but once inside it is perfect. We had a night away with friends and family eating and playing games. Venue was very comfortable and had everything you could need. It was lovely to have plenty of bedrooms so we could share or be alone. Everyone said the beds were comfy. Very close to the beach for a lovely walk. Would definitely use again. »

« Luxurious yet comfortable, had pretty much everything you might need for a lovely staycation (could do with a microwave though for warming things up!). Ideally situated for visiting Sussex’s coastal towns and inland City of Chichester and historic town of Arundel. Beach is a pebble beach, and sadly full of seaweed when we visited so we couldn’t get to the water without getting covered in the stuff, but that can’t be helped. Lovely stay overall! »
