Au top hyper bien placé pas besoin de voiture pour se déplacer a 5 minutes de legoland , de Lalandia et 15 minutes de la légo house , une piscine ouverte jusqu'a 22hrs , salle de sport bien équipé et salle de jeu pour les enfants ..... Je recomande

Confortable pour une nuit
Hôtel agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux et varié, bon restaurant proposant une belle carte de vins, moderne, propre. Chaleur difficilement supportable dans notre chambre, d'autant plus que nous étions 4 (1 lit double et 1 canapé-lit), pas de clim et ouverture des fenêtres limitée.

Hôtel confortable, agréable, bien équipé, l’accueil agréable en règle générale… Mis à part quelques personnes pas très coopératives l’ensemble est agréable et souriant. La proximité des activités est TOP on peut tout faire à pied… Lalandia et Legoland sont à environ 300m à pied L’´un et l’autre et sont en face l’un de l’autre. À 3km de l’aéroport sans en avoir les inconvents. À SAVOIR Quand vous ne connaissez pas…. Le Taxi de l’aéroport à l’hôtel 3km, 25 euros !!! Prenez le bus 43 devant l’aeroport et vous payerez 2€50 pour 3 personnes . Le bus s’arrête devant legoland ou Lalandia et après 5 minutes à pied maximum ULTRA FACILE. RESTAURANT CHER mais c’est valable pour toute la ville…. Concernant l’entretien de votre linge, CHER et mal fait, j’avais donné des tee shirts enfant à laver ils me sont revenus pas très nets et surtout très chiffonnés!!!! 30 couronnes chacun ! Excessif! Nous sommes restés 8 jours Je suis membre GOLD, aucun surclassement. Et mon crédit de 87 Couronnes, nous avons dû le réclamer. Je pense qu’il y a un manque de communication entre EXPEDIA ET L’HÔTEL….

A tout pour plaire, sauf son restaurant
Evidemment, trouver un hôtel à Billund tient du miracle... sans concurrence nombreuse, on peut se permettre de faire ce qu'on veux avec le client. Par exemple, recevoir directement après une réservation non remboursable un avis comme quoi la piscine était fermée pour les soit disant mesure d'économies d'énergies... heureusement la piscine publique est à 5 minutes. N'empêche on a payé un service que l'on souhaitait pour rien... Passé un accueil efficace et vraiment sympathique à la réception qui fait aussi office de bar agréable, et la découverte de chambres confortables et belles, l'expérience aurait pu être merveilleuse... s'il n'y avait pas le revers de cet établissement : "the leaf" son restaurant ; n'est pas engagée la cuisine, plutôt bonne, petit-déjeuner inclus, mais l'incapacité du personnel du soir à effectuer son travail : les serveurs ont l'air d'être entrainé à un service se basant sur le fait de prendre les clients de haut et de tout complexifier, même pour un simple café. Dommage l'endroit avait tout pour bien faire, mais une expérience humaine aussi médiocre ne donnera jamais envie d'y retourner.

Hotel super pour aller à legoland il se situe à 500m. La piscine est vraiment un plus et le restaurant est très bon.

Good play areas for kids
The hotel room was nicely located and the kids had access to a little outdoor sand play area. One blind did not work, got repaired right away. Beds were not made after the first night, but kind of flattened out the next day, after I spokr to reception. Breakfast was all right, but dinner in the restaurant not very tasty. After that we ate in town and the kids were happier. Close to Legoland (our purpose) and the hotel pool was a welcome distraction in the evening. Ideal when one stays only for a few days, since the airport is close by too, and expects an average service. The kids playroom is fab though! Best feature when one has little ones who need to burn energy off before sleeping!

Great little hotel with friendly staff and fabulous breakfast. There was no restaurant onsite which was disappointing when arriving late but staff were very helpful in suggesting options. Slight confusion over breakfast. Breakfast was included but you still had to book a time slot. This system was new and not communicated to us and some other guests so we got a frosty reception from the hostess in charge of breakfast but it was all resolved very graciously.

Really great hotel! It’s a short walk to both Lego House and Legoland. Breakfast buffet was included and there was a storage area for bags while you waited for your room to be ready. The staff was super nice and it was an overall great place. I would highly recommend!

We came to Billund to visit Legoland, and The Lodge is a perfect location. It’s only 5 minute walk to Legoland from the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. It has a pool and a game room. Breakfast was fantastic as well.

We stayed for one night at the lodge Billund, arriving late and leaving early for a trip to legoland. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfy beds with good quality bed linen and fluffy pillows. Very quiet even though our bedroom was next to the stairwell. I can't comment on facilities as our stay was so brief but I got a good impression overall, Staff were welcoming and the hotel is very well kept. It's only a 500 metre walk to legoland itself. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. My only comment would be allergen info displayed with food items would be helpful. My son has a milk allergy, but staff were very helpful in obtaining this information for me on my asking.

Accomodatie ligt dichtbij Legoland en Lego House is op 15 minuten wandelen. Kamer is prima en ruim. Douche eenvoudig, maar netjes. Bedden liggen erg goed Ontvangst aan de receptie viel tegen. Max 1 persoon die geholpen werd, waardoor lange wachtrijen ontstonden ( niet enkel inchecken, maar ook voor bar en voor evt vragen). Er staat een kaart met mogelijkheden qua diner omdat ze dit zelf niet aanbieden in het hotel. Wanneer je om hulp vraagt voor de websites kunnen ze niet helpen, omdat ze het normaal gesproken altijd telefonisch regelen... Tip: Als je het aanbiedt, dan moet je ook kunnen helpen. Ontbijt was goed. Let op dat je moet reserveren! Wordt netjes uitgelegd vooraf, maar waren toch mensen die het niet gedaan hadden. Klein zwembadje, prima voor een plons.

Quiet considering its proximity to the airport and a very relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for the check-in staff. No food served in the evening, but delivery options available and a restaurant opposite, as well as those in Billund centre. Excellent value for the Legoland area.

Convenient location, a 10-15 min walk to Lego House (cool sculpture park and scenic route) and Legoland. The rooms were clean and decent. The only real issue we had was that our room was just at the top of the stairs so we could hear the loud party at the bar since it's all open concept with the bar right next to reception in the lobby (and both were staffed by the same one person, btw so service can be a bit slow). The bar is open until 2am, but in our case it did quiet by about 10:30pm. And being at the top of the stairs also meant hearing people stomping up and down them. So bring earplugs. The ceiling was also at a slant in the rooms, a bit awkward for tall folks. We found the room quite dry and warm so opened the slanted window, no screen though. The breakfast buffet was a good spread of eggs and meats and cereals and breads and fruits and veg and chocolates.

We are sorry that we closed the restaurant, but unfortunately there just wasn’t enough using it, but we do offer some food in the reception, and we have a pizza place that delivers to our hotel, and some restaurants nearby, so there is a lot of options.We hope to be welcoming you to our hotel again in the future. Wonderful location, comfortable room, excellent breakfast. Great place to stay if you are going to Legoland or the Lego House.

A nice; clean hotel, with good breakfast options for all. Staff are friendly and are willing to do anything for you. Thank you so much for a perfect stay - would highly recommend!

We had a problem with our lights in the room and Diego was wonderful and helpful. He was very busy but took time to come to our room and make sure everything was working properly. He was cheerful and gracious even though it was a very busy time for him. Thank you, Diego!!
