« The place was adequately stocked with essentials and was comfortable. However, dishes were were very much not cleaned and some smudged / stains were on things like placemats. The place really wasn’t very clean. The bathroom is also detached from the main room which I felt wasn’t super clear from the photos. That said, it was comfortable and no major issues. « The property was perfect for our Christmas in July getaway with all the family. There was enough room for the 10 of us to feel comfortable. We particularly liked the warmth of the fireplace with plenty of logs to use and the dreamy kitchen with everything (I mean everything) that you could possibly need. John and Ruth were really helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. Thanks for helping to create lovely memories for our family! »

« Absolutely loved our stay on this beautiful farm. This place has everything you need for an incredible getaway. Well maintained property, very comfortable and plenty of entertainment. The views are unmatched, especially for sunrise. Our favourite thing to do was sit in the hot tub amidst the nature and take it all in. Thank you to Lindy who was super responsive and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! »

« This is not a luxury house.It is comfortable and cosy but the furniture is quite old and the lounge is in a bit of disrepair. The bathrooms are functional and the water hot but could do with a facelift and the towels were old, not soft and fluffy. I’m not sure how far the cleaners go as the gate to the covered pool was open and when one of us went to close it we encountered broken glass on the path. In addition some warning should be given to the very steep and narrow driveway with its limited...

« Hosts were fantastic answering late in rhe day. Very nice clean cottage, all the amenities needed, provided soap and shampoo and they even left us some easter chocolates. »

« The property was not clean - needs a good deep clean as it was not good enough for a holiday rental. The basin in the bathroom was not draining - my husband pulled this apart and it was clogged with hair (yuck)! The double bed mattress was rock hard and had a sleepless night and sore hips. We went and bought a mattress topper the next day so we could sleep. There is not enough comfortable seating for 4 people (1 x 2seater lounge only). The TV is impossible to use. There was an awful smell on...
