« Terrible experience. I chose not to stay at the property after entering the unit and finding it had not been cleaned. Dirt on the floors, bathrooms not cleaned, dirt on the sheets, garbage on the floor in both bedrooms. Disrespectful owner. There are far better properties to book in Birmingham. « We had a water issue , property mgr addressed quickly. Property is updated but still very worn. There is no towel bar in bathroom, so no where to put towels. Walls are pretty beaten up and dirty along with stairs. »
