« We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...

« Location excellent with several parking options nearby. Very good facilities and lovely large reception area to sit in whilst waiting for other members of my party. Receptionist very kind and helpful although noted the low desk and clearly it was not so easy to operate the computer/printer especially during busy periods, »

« Amazing hotel staff so helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff work so hard and always smiling, very good with our children. Superb menu choices. Thanks also go to Jack (Jack of all trades). Always on the go ensuring any snags were resolved quickly. Great entertainment for adults and children. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thankyou so much. You have all been part in creating happy memories. »

« Only stayed one night as we were seeing a show in town. Room was clean, and we had a sea view. We didn't eat here, but the breakfast looked popular. Near a tram stop, but we walked to and from town, got our steps in! »

« Magnifique hotel victorien pour un voyage en arriere »

« Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out. »

« Virkelig søde og rare mennesker. Prøv deres egen marmelade ved morgenmaden.😊👍 »

« Had a very pleasant stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room spotless and modern. All round a lovely stay and good value for money. Will be returning »

« The hotel itself was great, my only issue was it was unbearably hot. There is a fan provided in the room which was welcomed, but the window didn't open. I was also on the third floor, with my toddler which would have been fine however the carpet was really thick and my suitcases got stuck and coming out the lift there were 4 steps down and back up to navigate. I would 100% stay again, but would just request a room on the bottom floor. Staff were amazing at breakfast, as a solo traveller with a...

« No one there at check in, had to wait for the person to appear for more than 10 minutes. Room not very clean, stank of smoke., Very tired and due to the lack of response from reception I decided to open the window and put up with it. »

« Accueil et personnel sympathique Chambre propre Bon petit déjeuner Hotel bien situé »

« Good location and a fridge and microwave in room. Bathroom was modern as was room and furnishings. Unfortunately no milks or coffees provided. The mugs were not particularly clean. The shower gel needed to be refilled. Small things but a bit of a pain! Hence the lower score. »
