« First time at property its onnly 1 or 2. Years old. Very convinient right next to north station tram stop below. Staff very curteous and professional from recption to room cleaning. Room and hotel very clean. Breakfast options excellent and well managed. Convinience of major supermarket opposite for water and toillitries for during day. Ate at hotel sunnday excellent food reasonable price. I had room on top floor no extrnal noise. Thoughly nice stay will visit again. Full marks to the hotel...

« We didn't stay at the hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, the surrounding area was deprived with half the buildings either boarded up or in disrepair. Secondly, having a 'seaview' and being a 'boutique' hotel is debatable, but definitely not from the outward appearance of the property. It was scruffy and needed maintenance to the paintwork and front door. Thirdly, to be made to stand outside ringing a bell for 30 minutes is unacceptable and shows poor customer service.
