„Lovely property and perfect base to explore north Wales - amazing views of Snowdonia and fields around had hundreds of sheep in. Property was clean and had everything you need. Only negative (if we’re being very picky!) was the water pressure…took an age to run a bath and the electric shower above is not the strongest. The other bathroom with a mixer shower was fine. Overall, would definitely recommend and hopefully will return again in the future!“

„Lovely property with smart fixtures and fittings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good size bathroom but only one toilet. Quiet when we were there but one of the bedrooms had a window close to the games rooms so might be noisy early on (also staff congregate there first thing but no big deal). Really enjoyed our stay in a great spots room “

„We stayed a week and the house was exactly as described - very clean and of a decent size. There is a full kitchen, even though some of the pots and pans are a bit old. I liked how we could adjust the heating to our comfort. The host was very kind on the two occasions we met her. Overall, good value.“

„Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. Although it would have been nice to have sufficient logs for our stay on arrival, when we requested more, there ...

„Clean and spacious for us (couple in late 20s). Good kitchen and cooking space with all utensils provided. The beds were comfy too. The sofas were leather and not very comfortable but we tried to be out and about as much as we could. No towels were provided Because of covid so we had to buy some as all of the information said they would be supplied and we didn’t bring any.“

„This is a lovely place to stay, a hidden gem. My only comment would be that we did object to some banging the door and trying to get in at 8:30 this morning. Then as we wouod packing up to leave at around half 10, the same bloke was sat leaning against the front window. Told us he was waiting to clean the place! Him aside we enjoyed our stay“
