« The staff was polite, helpful and friendly, he tried to help us by changing our room several times, one room we walked in and there was a roach crawling across the bed, the next room we tried the was a bed bug on the bed, sheets didn’t look clean and the window was broken and open, the third room was ok just a dead roach on the wall and the smell of drugs throughout the hallway smh!! By this time I was done and me and my family went to stay with other family for the night »

A QR code in the kitchen assures that guests can get whatever they need, and I was provided promptly with a hair dryer when I asked, but be aware that if you say here, you'll need to ask for everything. »

« When we arrived, it took 3 times before someone came to open our room door (the keys weren't working). The A/C in the room (room 108) wasn't working properly: it was hot in the room all night long. In the morning, the waffle machine wasn't working well either. I won't return there for sure. »
