THIRD FLOOR LOFT: Two twin beds · cozy treehouse feel, perfect for kids. NOTE: open-style entry without a door due to the sloped ceiling.



OUTDOORS: Three decks with rocking chairs, lounge seating, and dining · Fire pit (firewood provided) · Hot tub (updated Aug 2026)· Gas grill (propane provided) · Large yard for games or quiet relaxation

GOOD TO KNOW:

• Jets in the jacuzzi tub in primary bathroom are out of order until further notice

• Rental agreement and photo ID required at time booking (a part of the house rules)

• Cell signal is spotty through the entire area - WiFi calling necessary when at cabin

• Optional early check-in or late checkout available ($50 each, subject to availability)

• AWD/4WD recommended in winter months; driveway paved (rare find in the mountains) with a slight incline (snow shovel and rock salt are provided during winter months)
