• Jets in the jacuzzi tub in primary bathroom are out of order until further notice
• Rental agreement required at booking
• $500 security deposit hold collected 48 hours prior to arrival
• Cell signal is spotty throughout the area - WiFi calling necessary
• Optional early check-in or late checkout available ($50 each, subject to availability)
• AWD/4WD recommended in winter months; driveway is paved with a slight incline (during winter months snow shovel and rock salt are provided)
